We offer 2 different types of weekly services depending on your schedule and your pool's needs. Our aim is to treat your pool like our own and leave you every week with a great looking pool. What chemicals are included?
The Partial and Full Weekly Service fee includes normal quantities of chlorine, muriatic acid, alkalinity increaser. Chemicals that are provided at an additional fee are algaecides, phosphate removers, minerals, conditioner, calcium, stain/scale protection, salt, etc.
How We Balance Your Pool
Many things have changed in the past 10 years including your pool water. The tap water we fill our pools with from EID is extremely corrosive. Corrosion to a pool surface is irreversible. We work hard to keep your pool balance at 0.00 (-.30 to .50 is balanced water). Did you know that the temperature of your pool water affects it’s balance? Yes, it’s true. That is why we maintain a higher pH in the winter months. We balance your pool based off of the Langelier Saturatipon (LSI) index. We add calcium to your pool to keep your pool water from pulling calcium out of the pool walls. If you ever want to see your pool’s LSI, just ask!
Consistency, Transparency, Communication
Consistency, transparency, and communication are important to us. We will arrive during our scheduled weekly appointment. You will know what service is being performed to your pool each visit. Any issues or schedule changes will be communicated to you in advance.
Weekly Service Holiday Schedule
Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day - If your service day lands on one of these 3 summer holidays, we will provide an abbreviated service the morning of the holiday for you and our staff to enjoy the afternoons with friends and family.
New Year’s Day - If your service day lands on New Year’s Day, we will service your pool on a different day of the week the week before.
Thanksgiving and Christmas - The weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas with have no weekly service and your pool will be serviced accordingly the week before and after the holiday weeks.
