Invoices are sent on the 1st of each month (or first business day if the 1st falls on weekend/holiday) for that month's service and any extras from the prior month as agreed upon in the agreement, and auto payment is processed shortly after the invoice is sent. Your payment for the first month of service is prorated and charged before your first service. If your credit card is declined, you will need to pay the emailed invoice by the invoice date. Submit payment within 14 days of the invoice date to avoid a $25 late fee, and update your payment information with Nevergreen Pools before the 1st of the following month to continue the agreement.

Services are month to month. If you choose to cancel your service you must give Nevergreen Pools notice within 5 business days before the start of next billing period to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. If you choose to cancel after the first of the month your services will end at the end of that month.
